Build Trust

The interactions you have with your kitty now will set the stage for your relationship. Cats often think of their humans as second parents, but you need to build that bond. Pay lots of attention to little Fluffy, and offer lots of cuddles.

Choose Age-Appropriate Products

Not everything made for adult cats is safe for your furball. Don’t use foods, litters, or flea-control products that are made for grown-up kitties. If in doubt about something, check with your vet. (Note: this doesn’t apply to cat beds and furniture.)

Take Pictures

Cats somehow manage to get cuter as they age. However, they are ridiculously adorable as kittens. This charming stage of little Fluffy’s life will be over before you know it. Be sure to take lots of pictures and videos!
